5* If you're lucky enough to find one of Angela's rooms available, don't think twice. Lovely hosts, clean as a whistle, great location, quiet – I booked for two nights, then booked two more. The six rooms share a common room with a sitting area, well-appointed kitchen, and washer/drier. Multiple sources of groceries, including a local produce vendor, are within two blocks, along with a bakery and three pubs. If you're new to this charming town, a visit to the excellent museum is a must. I look forward to returning to Brightlingsea, and when the time comes I'll check for availability at Angela's place first.

5* Angela's place is extremely well located in Brightlingsea. If you're coming to explore the area I'd definitely recommend.

5* Thank you Angela and Vicky! We loved our stay and thought your space was lovely and clean. We look forward to booking with you again for our future visits to see family in B’sea. Our only ‘complaint’ was how warm the room was at night. We were thankful for the fan! But it was very small and so we struggled to sleep well on night two. Not sure if there’s anything that can be done for future but thought I’d mention it. It certainly won’t put us off coming back though! Thanks again
